Led a cross functional team of 15 people through optimization strategy development, strategic sourcing work streams, and category management.
Our efforts resulted in a savings of $400+ million in global MRO and indirect spending across 60+ locations and delivered $40+ million in sustainable savings.
Filling the Void at a Global Automotive Fleet Seating & Safety Products Manufacturer.
Served as EVP Global Manufacturing & CIO during a transitional period, leading 14 direct reports and 700 associates through comprehensive manufacturing and supply chain assessments.
Developed a turnaround optimization strategy and led implementation and execution of international restructuring programs, including Production Operations Consolidation, SKU Rationalization, Supply Chain Optimization & Standardization, and Organizational Performance Metrics Installation.
